In many parts of the world, the popular opinion regarding some substances has changed a lot. One of the substances that are viewed with less prejudice is undoubtedly cannabis.

In more and more countries of the world, this plant and its derivatives have ceased to be prohibited and have become legally marketable substances.

Although the commercialization and consumption of marihuana in many places is legal, it does not mean that its use is completely free of boundaries. There are some regulations to comply with, as there are with other controlled substances such as alcohol and cigarettes. However, there are always people who seem not to want to follow the rules and even have no common sense.

The Principality of Asturias Prosecutor’s Office, in Spain, requested 4 years and three months in prison for a man that gave marihuana cookies to his 14-year-old son.

It was reported that the Public Prosecutor’s Office claims that on February 6, 2021, the subject was at his residence in Oviedo with his son, to whom he had given the marijuana cookies.
