What is “junk food”? As its name states it is trashy food. Highly processed and lacking in nutrients food. And that’s not to mention junk food is high in calories, sugar, salt, saturated fats. So, why do we keep eating it? There’s evidence that junk food is as addictive as alcohol or drugs.
